Główny specjalista ds. Cyfrowego Muzeum Medycyny
The duties of the post include:
- zarządzanie i rozwój Cyfrowego Muzeum Medycyny jako nowoczesnej jednostki naukowo-edukacyjnej,
- opracowywanie i realizacja strategii promocji działalności.
- pozyskiwanie nowych lokalizacji dla GBL, w tym współpraca z partnerami instytucjonalnymi i samorządowymi,
- aktywne pozyskiwanie środków finansowych (granty krajowe i międzynarodowe, fundusze publiczne, sponsorzy, partnerzy prywatni),
- inicjowanie i organizacja konferencji, seminariów, warsztatów oraz szkoleń z zakresu medycyny cyfrowej,
- koordynacja procesów digitalizacji zbiorów (skanowanie, fotografia cyfrowa, opracowanie metadanych, archiwizacja),
- konfiguracja, administracja i rozwój baz danych zbiorów cyfrowych,
- zapewnienie zgodności procesów digitalizacji z obowiązującymi standardami jakości, dostępności, bezpieczeństwa danych i ochrony praw autorskich,
- współpraca z zespołami technicznymi i edukacyjnymi przy projektach cyfrowych,
- reprezentowanie Głównej Biblioteki Lekarskiej na wydarzeniach krajowych,
- koordynacja procesu organizacji nowej siedziby,
- nadzór nad przystosowaniem nowej siedziby do funkcji Cyfrowego Muzeum Medycyny (koncepcja, ekspozycja, funkcje edukacyjne i multimedialne),
- współpraca z zespołami eksperckimi, naukowymi i technologicznymi.
Requirements:
- wykształcenie wyższe (preferowane: zarządzanie, administracja, muzealnictwo),
- doświadczenie w zarządzaniu projektami (mile widziane projekty naukowe, cyfrowe lub kulturalne),
- doświadczenie w pozyskiwaniu finansowania i współpracy z instytucjami zewnętrznymi,
- umiejętność strategicznego planowania i prowadzenia działań promocyjnych,
- bardzo dobre zdolności organizacyjne i komunikacyjne,
- znajomość języka angielskiego.

INFORMATION CLAUSE ON DATA PROCESSING IN RECRUITMENT

- The Data Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer overseeing the correctness of the processing of personal data, who can be contacted via email address: m.szuchnik@gbl.waw.pl
- The personal data of applicants for employment at GBL will be processed for the purpose of recruiting applicants for employment at GBL in Warsaw - selecting individuals for employment in vacant positions or concluding an internship contract.
- The Data Controller does not plan to further process the personal data of job applicants for a purpose other than the purpose for which the personal data was collected, unless the job applicant gives his/her consent, in which case the data will be processed for further recruitment purposes for no longer than 1 year. The giving of consent is voluntary.
- Candidates in the recruitment process have the right to withdraw the consent referred to in paragraph 4 at any time by notifying the employer. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
- The basis for the processing of personal data in the course of recruitment for positions at GBL in Warsaw is Article 6(1)(b) RODO in conjunction with Article 22.1§1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 of the Labour Code (Journal of Laws 2019, item 10.40, w.e.f.).
- The provision of data by candidates in the recruitment process is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and failure to provide data will result in the candidate's offer made in the recruitment process not being considered.
- Data will not be shared with external parties, except as provided by law.
- The data of applicants for employment at GBL in Warsaw will be stored for the period necessary for the purposes specified above, i.e. until the end of the recruitment, and then after the end of the recruitment with regard to those qualified for the reserve list who have given their consent to the processing of their data for the purposes of future recruitment, and then immediately deleted.
- Candidates for employment at GBL in Warsaw have the right to request from the Data Controller access to the content of their data and the right to rectification and deletion, restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object, right to withdraw consent at any time;
- Candidates for employment at GBL in Warsaw have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. - Personal data of job applicants at GBL in Warsaw will not be processed by automated means and will not be subject to profiling.
At the same time, we would like to inform you that application documents submitted outside the announced recruitment processes will be immediately destroyed and personal data contained therein will not be processed. However, the Administrator stipulates that the sending of CVs to GBL in Warsaw outside the announced recruitment processes may in some cases be treated as your consent to the processing of personal data - a conscious and unequivocal demonstration of your will in the form of a clear affirmative action. The giving of consent is voluntary and consent so given may be withdrawn by the data subject at any time.
