Specjalisty ds. usług elektronicznych i edytorskich

Rodzaj zatrudnienia: umowa o pracę 

Requirements:

  • wykształcenie wyższe, średnie,
  • znajomość programów Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator oraz Indesign – (Adobe Creative Suite)
  • znajomość języka angielskiego w stopniu komunikatywnym,
  • dobra znajomość obsługi komputera,
  • umiejętność szybkiego pisania na klawiaturze,
  • odpowiedzialność i samodzielność w zakresie powierzonych obowiązków,
  • zaangażowanie w pracę,
  • dyspozycyjność, komunikatywność, wysoka kultura osobista.

Główne obowiązki:

  • skład komputerowy i korekta tekstów oraz elementów graficznych publikacji (biuletyny GBL, monografie naukowe, materiały promocyjne biblioteki itp.) do druku i www,
  • projektowanie graficzne (okładki, elementy graficzne strony www, materiały promocyjne itp.),
  • redagowanie techniczne tekstów i grafiki do publikacji (druk, www),
  • przygotowywanie projektów do druku zgodnie z wymaganiami technicznymi,
  • wyczucie estetyki i poprawne stosowanie elementów w projektach graficznych,
  • biegła znajomość i doświadczenie w programach: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator oraz Indesign – (Adobe Creative Suite) (znajomość pracy na stylach, umiejętność łamania tekstu),
  • doświadczenie w projektowaniu graficznym,
  • wykonywanie skanów i kserokopii,
  • wykonywanie innych prac zlecanych przez przełożonego.

INFORMATION CLAUSE ON DATA PROCESSING IN RECRUITMENT

  1. Administratorem danych osobowych przetwarzanych w Głównej Bibliotece Lekarskiej (dalej GBL) w Warszawie w procesie rekrutacji jest  Dyrektor GBL w Warszawie, ul. Chocimska 22, 00-791 Warszawa, tel. 22-849-78-51 do 53, e-mail: sekretariat@gbl.waw.pl
  2. Administrator danych powołał Inspektora Ochrony Danych nadzorującego prawidłowość przetwarzania danych osobowych, z którym można skontaktować się za pośrednictwem adresu e-mail: m.szuchnik-kaminska@gbl.waw.pl
  3. The personal data of applicants for employment at GBL will be processed for the purpose of recruiting applicants for employment at GBL in Warsaw - selecting individuals for employment in vacant positions or concluding an internship contract.
  4. The Data Controller does not plan to further process the personal data of job applicants for a purpose other than the purpose for which the personal data was collected, unless the job applicant gives his/her consent, in which case the data will be processed for further recruitment purposes for no longer than 1 year. The giving of consent is voluntary.
  5. Candidates in the recruitment process have the right to withdraw the consent referred to in paragraph 4 at any time by notifying the employer. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
  6. The basis for the processing of personal data in the course of recruitment for positions at GBL in Warsaw is Article 6(1)(b) RODO in conjunction with Article 22.1§1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 of the Labour Code (Journal of Laws 2019, item 10.40, w.e.f.).
  7. The provision of data by candidates in the recruitment process is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and failure to provide data will result in the candidate's offer made in the recruitment process not being considered.
  8. Data will not be shared with external parties, except as provided by law.
  9. The data of applicants for employment at GBL in Warsaw will be stored for the period necessary for the purposes specified above, i.e. until the end of the recruitment, and then after the end of the recruitment with regard to those qualified for the reserve list who have given their consent to the processing of their data for the purposes of future recruitment, and then immediately deleted.
  10. Kandydaci do pracy w GBL w Warszawie posiadają prawo żądania od Administratora Danych dostępu do treści swoich danych oraz prawo ich sprostowania oraz  usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo do przenoszenia danych, prawo do wniesienia sprzeciwu, prawo do cofnięcia zgody w dowolnym momencie;
  11. Candidates for employment at GBL in Warsaw have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.   12. Personal data of job applicants at GBL in Warsaw will not be processed by automated means and will not be subject to profiling.

Jednocześnie informujemy, że dokumenty aplikacyjne złożone  poza ogłoszonymi procesami rekrutacji będą niezwłocznie niszczone, a dane osobowe w nich zawarte nie będą przetwarzane. Administrator zastrzega jednak, że przesłanie do GBL w Warszawie CV poza ogłoszonymi procesami rekrutacji może w niektórych przypadkach zostać potraktowane jako Państwa zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych – świadome i jednoznaczne okazanie woli w formie wyraźnego działania potwierdzającego. Wyrażenie zgody jest dobrowolne, a zgodę tak wyrażoną podmiot danych może wycofać w każdym momencie.

Oświadczam, ze wyrażam zgodę na przetwarzanie moich danych osobowych podanych dla celów rekrutacji z zgodnie z ogłoszeniem publikowanymi przez GBL w Warszawie, także  po jej zakończeniu – w celu prowadzenia dalszej rekrutacji (umieszczenia moich danych na liście rezerwowej), jednak nie dłużej niż przez 1 rok od dnia ogłoszenia wyników niniejszej rekrutacji.
